Arrival and Heading to Enigmatic Rock Fortress
Welcome to Sri Lanka, as you set foot on this beautiful island, you will be warmly welcomed by your tour guide. From here you will be taken to the enchanting Cultural Triangle of Sri Lanka, where world famous ancient attractions await to be explored! The journey will take roughly 3.5 hours. En route you can visit Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage where a nursery and captive breeding ground for wild Asian elephants. Afternoon the Dambulla Golden Cave Temple, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site will be explored. Get some much-needed rest at the hotel at night.

After breakfast visit 8th Wonder of the World, “The Lion Rock” This majestic fortress is one of the most prominent attractions in Sri Lanka. It was built by King Kasyapa who ruled on the island between 477 and 495 CE. Afternoon we will take you to Minneriya National Park where the largest known wild Asian Elephant gathering at one place in the World to give you unforgettable Safari experience in a tropical island.

Going to The Last Kingdom Kandy
The journey from Sigiriya to Kandy, which will take approximately 2 hours, will begin right after your early morning breakfast. En route visit Spice Garden where you can enjoy the Sri Lanka’s world-renowned spices at their source. The magnificent city of Kandy which you will reach presently was the last capital of the ancient Sinhalese kings. During the day you will be visiting the Temple of the Tooth Relic and Kandy lake. A spectacular traditional dance performance will also add colour to your day.

From Mountains to Stunning South Coast
After having breakfast at the hotel, we will prepare to leave to the stunning coastal city of Galle. The journey will take approximately four hours. On the way we will visit the best botanical garden in the whole of Asia the garden includes more than 4000 species of plants. Once you reach Galle, get some rest and relax by the rippling waves of the ocean.

Explore Stilt Fishing and Galle Fort
Spend the morning idling in the glorious beach of Galle. Relish exquisite local fare and witness the beautiful appeal of the city’s celebrated attractions today leisurely. You can even enjoy an exciting shopping spree at the many stylish boutique stores in the city. Afternoon we will bring you to enjoy one of the most interesting traditional fishing methods of Sri Lanka called Stilt Fishing. Then we will visit the UNESCO World Heritage site the Galle Fort. There you will have the chance to spend the evening in a romantic small city and enjoy the tropical sunset in the largest remaining fortress in Asia built by European occupiers.

Colombo by Coastal Train
Today you will be travelling to the commercial capital and largest city Colombo. You will get on to coastal train from Kaluthara, because traveling on the train when you’re in Sri Lanka is a must have experience. Once you reach Colombo a delightful city tour will be arranged. Places of interest such as Gangaramaya Temple, Independence Square, Galle Face Green, Fort area and Dutch Hospital will be included in this tour. Return to the hotel and get some rest in the evening.
