Arrival and Transfer to Kandy

Welcome to Sri Lanka, as you set foot on this beautiful island, you will be warmly welcomed by your tour guide. From here you will be taken to the magnificent city of Kandy which you will reach presently was the last capital of the ancient Sinhalese kings second largest city in the island. The journey will take roughly 3 hours. En route you can visit Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage where a nursery and captive breeding ground for wild Asian elephants. During the day you will be visiting the Temple of the Tooth Relic and Kandy lake. A spectacular traditional dance performance will also add colour to your day.

World's Most Scenic Train Ride to Hill Country

Rise up early today, have a hearty breakfast and set off further higher into the mountains towards Nuwara Eliya. Once there you will be visiting a tea factory where you will learn about this reviving drink in detail. After your excursion across the estate, you will set out on a tour of the city of Nuwara Eliya. The place is quite scenic and the weather is chilly. Afternoon catch the train at Nanuoya station, there couldn’t be a better way to get to Ella than a scenic train ride! Arrive at this beautiful destination in the hills of Sri Lanka and check into your hotel. In the Evening chill out at everyone’s favourite hill-country village town Ella.

There’s a whole new adventure waiting out there for you today. Visit Little Adam’s Peak climb your way up to be rewarded with a breath-taking view. It’s time to leave the mountains of Sri Lanka and head south today. On the way to Udawalawa, you will make a stop at Ravana Falls which is known to be one of the widest waterfalls in the world. Make your way to Udawalawa National Park and enjoy jeep safari experience, you are sure to be inspired by nature in its raw form.

Explore Stilt Fishing and Galle Fort

Today you will arrive to one of the most famous tourist spots in Sri Lanka, the city of Galle. Once you reach there, enjoy the world famous beach Unawatuna. You can even enjoy an exciting shopping spree at the many stylish boutique stores in the city. Afternoon we will bring you to enjoy one of the most interesting traditional fishing methods of Sri Lanka called Stilt Fishing. Then we will visit the UNESCO World Heritage site the Galle Fort. There you will have the chance to spend the evening in a romantic small city and enjoy the tropical sunset in the largest remaining fortress in Asia built by European occupiers.

Colombo to Airport and Departure

It is the last day of your tour in Sri Lanka! Today you will be travelling to the commercial capital and largest city Colombo. Once you reach Colombo a delightful city tour will be arranged. Places of interest such as Gangaramaya Temple, Independence Square, Galle Face Green, Fort area and Dutch Hospital will be included in this tour.
